• Christmas Pudding Gin is available for purchase in December each year.
• Rose Petal Gin* is usually available in late April or early May in time for Mothers Day.
• Hot Cross Bun Gin is available approximately a month before Easter each year.
• Chilli Gin is about 3-4 weeks before Father’s Day.

* Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Rose Petal will be available each year. This is a really delicate process and relies upon the rose petals being available to us to steep our gin in.

Bookings are not usually required. However, we have taken them during the Covid period to ensure people are not disappointed if we are unable to accommodate due to limit caps. We recommend booking on Friday & Saturday evenings to avoid disappointment. If you would like to book please call the distillery (03) 5022 8290 during opening hours.

No. However, you can register to be notified by email as soon as the gin is available for pre-release sale here. We will let you know via email when you are able to purchase before the general public as a member of our Friend’s of Fossey’s community.

Our Distillery tours are completely complementary and people do not usually have to book.

We sure do! We have tasting paddles on our drinks menu and you can choose any of our gins to sample.

At this point, we do not ship to other countries. However, we are open to ideas on how to do this in future because we would love to share Fossey’s with the world.

We sure can. Please write your note in the section on the checkout page & say what sort of occasion it is. We will put a card when shipping the order.
