Original Gin on a Chalmers Wine Aglianico Rose Barrel

It’s hard to contain our excitement when it comes to this particular Gin in our Barrel Aged Gin Collection.

Familiar faces to our Distillery are the members of the Chalmers Family, who produce sensational wines with a vineyard local to the Mildura region.  Thus when the opportunity came up for us to want to work together with wine and Gin, we simply couldn’t believe our good fortune. 

The Aglianico is a variety of grape known for producing full bodied wines with musky berry flavours, so we just knew here at Fossey’s that the Aglianico Rosѐ Barrel would be a perfect fit for our vibrant Original Gin.

What has struck us most has been the incredible Rosѐ colour that has been naturally taken in by our Gin. The most stunning shade of pink with the slightest of shimmer, this Gin is an absolute must have for the summer season.
