Using native botanicals and fresh local citrus with a fabulous grape spirit base, this Gin is taken to the next level when laid in a barrel that once held a quintessential Australian Chardonnay from the Barossa Valley.

Taking on the most subtle of Chardonnay colour with a shy oak flavour, the smoothness of this drop can be attributed only to the fabulous quality of our own grown grapes and the love and care gone into not only the Gin and how it was laid down, but to the wine that was once in this fabulous oak barrel.
