Original Gin on Fossey’s Port Barrel

With the direction of Whisky and Rum being on the cards for Fossey’s Distillery, we laid down our own Port Barrels a few years ago in anticipation of where we were heading with our range.

With the depth of flavour and colour now where we would like it to be, we were able to pull off the port just in time to lay down our Original Gin Elixir in these barrels.

The sensational colour of this Gin gives you an indication to the robust and woody port barrel flavour and is a drop we know you’ll enjoy savouring at the end of the day.
